The Ecosmart Licensing Story…

Until recently Ecosmart Solar expansion was primarily achieved through creating licensed areas in major provincial centres around Australia. Brisbane was one of the very first capital cities to be licensed.

The South East Queensland Manager Alan Robertson was appointed the MASTER licensee for the Brisbane Region because of his vast product and regional knowledge.

With increased growth it is now necessary to either expand managerially at the Nundah regional head office or, as a more favoured outcome, allow persons of expertise and marketing and/or trade background to purchase one or more regional licenses.

In fact all our licensees throughout Australia hold licences by postcode however in some instances council boundaries and postcodes don’t exactly match up.

Licensed areas currently available are…

1. Ipswich CBD and the corridor west to Amberley and East to the Logan Motorway.
2. The Beaudesert region which includes part of the Scenic Rim N.S.W border area.
3. The majority of the Logan Council area
4. All of the Redlands Council area
5. The South East Brisbane region (the area south of the Brisbane River and east of the Gateway Motorway.)
6. The South Brisbane region (the area south of the Brisbane River, west of the Gateway Motorway and east of the Logan Motorway)

The cost of  each postcode is $40,000

There are no goodwill charges even though most of these regions are established Ecosmart areas.

Solar hot water will only get bigger irrespective of rebates  as many residents are going to be caught unaware of new Queensland Government regulations which state you cannot replace electric hot water system with electric hot water system. Householders must upgrade to 5 star gas, gas solar, solar electric, or solar heat pump.

Queensland Regulations already exist for the installation of solar hot water in new homes and installs within natural gas areas.
